Q. Will Crutch Cozies fit all types of crutches?
A: Crutch Cozies will fit most types of standard underarm
aluminum and wooden adult size crutches. Please email

Q. When will my cozies arrive?
A. We ship on the next business day whenever possible via USPS First Class mail
(standard shipping) or USPS Priority Mail (priority shipping).
You should receive your cozies in:
- 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS if you chose standard shipping
- 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS if you chose priority shipping
Please keep in mind that postal holidays can delay delivery time.

Q. How do I put Crutch Cozies on my crutches?
A. Putting Crutch Cozies on your crutches is simple and
takes seconds! Place each "cozy" over the top of the crutch
armrest securing the elastic underneath each end. Please
make sure your Crutch Cozies are securely attached and fit
snugly before using.
Do not use if you are unsure how or whether to use this product or if you
cannot attain a proper fit.
Q. How do I put the grips on my crutches?
A. Crutch Cozies grips are made without velcro or other attachments for maximum hand comfort and reliability. To put the grips on your crutches:
- Simply loosen the nuts that secure the handrest to the crutch
- Remove the handrest and slip the Crutch Cozy grip around the handrest
- Reattach the handrest and tighten the nuts securely
- Make sure nuts are securely tightened before using crutches
If your hand rests have an alternate method of attachment, follow the
crutch manufacturer's instructions for removing and replacing the hand rest.
Do not use if you are unsure how or whether to use this product or if you
cannot attain a proper fit.
Q. Are Crutch Cozies washable?
Yes! The Polar Fleece styles are 100% polyester and machine
washable. Wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or air dry.
Do not bleach, use fabric softeners, iron or dry clean.
Q. What about foam?
A. Many medical professionals prefer Crutch Cozies because they are not overstuffed with foam.
Excess padding can lead to bad crutch use habits by encouraging patients to place too much
weight on the arm rests. It is for this reason that Crutch Cozies are designed to strike
